The book

This book cuts straight to the heart of anxiety and stress. Sharing my own story of trial and error, I let you, the reader, learn from my mistakes and benefit from my success.

My reason for writing this book, is that it may bring help and quick results in your life. Things that took me years to learn, are now explained simply and clearly. I guess I’m also writing this book because it doesn’t exist and because of how badly I needed it in the past. There’s plenty of medical books about anxiety, written by doctors from all over the world (some of them are very good), but what this book brings is ‘first hand experience’ from a writer who’s both aware and sensitive to the issues that come with anxiety.

Let me walk you through my story and teach you the things that have led me to finding Sanctuary. So you can live life wildly, with adventure and to the full.

    findingSanctuary is a website dedicated to helping people get the most out of life! The articles on this site cover many of the things that could restrict or otherwise limit your enjoyment of life. I created this site to help people who particularly struggle with anxiety or stress disorders, which often causes headaches, sickness and insomnia.

    But this site goes further than getting you back to 'normal' life, and will show you how to push yourself further. By eating healthy, getting enough sleep and taking part in regular exercise, you'll be able to really see what you're capable of.

    This site is not just about me, but it's about you too. I love to connect with other people trying to live life to the fullest, so if you've found this site interesting or helpful, please get in touch and let me know.
