Website info

findingSanctuary is a website dedicated to helping people get the most out of life! The articles on this site cover many of the things that could restrict or otherwise limit your enjoyment of life. I created this site to help people who particularly struggle with anxiety or stress disorders, which often causes headaches, sickness and insomnia.

But this site goes further than getting you back to 'normal' life, and will show you how to push yourself further. By eating healthy, getting enough sleep and taking part in regular exercise, you'll be able to really see what you're capable of.

This site is not just about me, but it's about you too. I love to connect with other people trying to live life to the fullest, so if you've found this site interesting or helpful, please get in touch and let me know.

Disclaimer: findingSanctuary is intended to help people live a healthier, happier, stress free life. It is written from my own personal experience and should be read for general information and entertainment purposes only. This is not professional advice and before you change your diet or begin an exercise program, you should first talk to your doctor or physician.
